About The Role We are seeking an exceptional UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic remote team for a large-scale project. The ideal candidate will apply Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles to develop and optimize user-centric applications that emphasize usability, accessibility, and high availability. This role requires a highly skilled professional with a proven track record in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating complex processes into intuitive, accessible designs while ensuring adherence to VA Digital Service guidelines and US Web Design Standards (USWDS). The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful government initiatives and improve digital experiences for diverse user populations.
