Job SummaryJob Title: Inside Sales RepresentativeReports To: Regional Sales ManagerFLSA Code: Salary Exempt Position SummaryThe Inside Sales Representative will drive lead generation, customer engagement, and service-based revenue opportunities across two DEUTZ Power Centers (Georgia, Florida North). This pilot role is ideal for a B2B sales professional experienced in industrial or service-driven environments, skilled in prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing sales pipelines. The position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and may be performed remotely with occasional on-site collaboration. Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Conduct outbound calls and virtual outreach to identify, qualify, and nurture leads across assigned territories - Manage and track all sales activity within CRM tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics), ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer records - Execute structured call scripts while adapting messaging to customer size, needs, and industry segment - Collaborate closely with Service Sales Managers to coordinate outreach efforts and align with service capacity - Schedule and prepare qualified appointments for Service Sales Managers, including call notes and lead insights - Track and report daily activity metrics (calls, connects, leads, conversions) to the Regional Sales Manager - Share customer feedback and market insights to improve sales messaging and identify new service opportunities - Other Duties as Assigned Other Qualifications- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a profess
