About the Role:We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who loves the hunt for great talent and sees sourcing as both an art and a strategy. In this role, you’ll focus on discovering and screening exceptional candidates, matching candidates to open requisitions, and supporting candidates throughout the interview process. This is a highly collaborative position where your curiosity, organization, and people-savvy instincts will be put to good use across multiple projects. Responsibilities:- Proactively source, engage, and build relationships with high-quality candidates across marketing, product, and technology roles - Conduct thoughtful screening interviews that identify not just skills—but alignment with Swell's values and client needs - Assist in creating and maintaining candidate pipelines for current and future roles - Support job postings, sourcing strategies, and market research initiatives - Coordinate with hiring leads and recruiters to ensure a smooth, joyful experience for every candidate Qualifications and Details:- 1-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience - You’re naturally curious, highly organized, and energized by working on multiple projects - Ability to work in a flexible and dynamic environment - Eagerness to join and grow with a Swell group of people! - Remote anywhere in the US, but would work East Coast hours
