Benefits Offered: Vision, Medical, Life, Dental, 401K Summary We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our Enterprise Project Management Office team, serving as a key advocate for the Scrum process while embodying Agile principles. The ideal candidate will excel at coaching teams in an Agile environment, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and driving process improvements. This role requires a deep understanding of IT and/or Cloud concepts, with a focus on supporting technical teams in backlog refinement and Planning, ensuring all project objectives are clearly understood and met. Primary Duties And Responsibilities - Facilitate and guide IS Operations and Application teams on the effective application of Agile/Scrum concepts, values, practices, and principles, with a focus on improving team effectiveness. - Lead and manage multiple Scrum teams in their day-to-day activities, including conducting Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. - Support technical teams during backlog refinement by gathering and refining user stories, defining technical considerations, and ensuring that all technical requirements are well understood and actionable. Ability to recognize and coach on the need to break down stories into manageable chunks. - Establish schedules, create working agreements, facilitate discussions, and resolve any roadblocks that may hinder sprint goals. - Assist with data management in the adoption and utilization of project management tools. - Utilize Agile metrics and retrospective act
