The Regional Sales Manager Midwest– Natural (RSM-N) is responsible for driving sales performance and delivering a best-in-class customer experience within the natural channel. This role focuses on expanding market share across assigned accounts, strengthening retail partnerships, and executing strategic sales initiatives. The RSM-N collaborates cross-functionally with Regional Sales Directors, Territory Sales Managers, and interdepartmental stakeholders to adapt to an evolving consumer and retail landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, manage, and mentor brokers and/or sales representatives to exceed territory sales and distribution goals
- Develop and cultivate strong relationships with retailers and sales team to elevate brand equity and drive long-term account growth
- Successfully introduce and launch new products within the territory, ensuring alignment with national sales goals and securing distribution in all key retailers.
