About the RoleAs our QA Engineer, you are responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and usability of our eCommerce website and digital experiences. You will split your time between manual testing of site functionality and building and maintaining automated tests to streamline QA coverage and regression protection.You will work closely with engineering, product, design, and eCommerce teams to test new features, identify edge cases, and validate that changes perform well across devices, browsers, and customer flows.Responsibilities- Own and execute end-to-end manual testing of new features, content updates, and integrations across the website - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts at the front-end and API level - Create detailed test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria based on product specs and user stories - Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure responsive behavior and mobile UX consistency - Validate accessibility compliance against WCAG 2.2 AA standards - Proactively identify, document, and track bugs and edge cases through to resolution - Collaborate with developers to understand how features are built and how best to test them - Maintain testing coverage for high-impact customer journeys including homepage, PDP, cart, checkout, and post-purchase flows - Own and improve regression test processes for every release cycle - Contribute to QA documentation, reporting, and test environment management - Help evaluate and implement new QA tools and plat
