What you’ll do on the job As a Lead Client Success Manager, you'll travel to local client sites and liaise with companies across the country. You will be responsible for sourcing, emailing, texting, calling, and qualifying leads in an effort to develop new B2B relationships. Over time, our goal is for you to lead the charge as we build a Sales team around you. Your ability to foster valuable discovery conversations and grow relationships with key stakeholders in target markets will be instrumental to success. You will gain continued education on a variety of skill sets and consult with our clients on data pertaining to hiring trends, pay rates, technology trends, and many other disciplines.
