The Role• Prepare and maintain operations documentation, user guides, manuals, and technical publications.• Gather technical information and develop clear, concise written text.• Maintain a current internal documentation library.• Utilize multiple word processing and presentation tools (e.g., MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio).• Collaborate with developers to produce high-quality documentation and training materials.• Contribute to all phases of documentation development for complex programs/projects. What You'll Need• At least two (2) years of experience as a Technical Writer on projects of similar scope.• Associate's degree or higher in a relevant discipline (additional experience may substitute for degree).• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance.• Ability to understand basic editing concepts and write technical copy.• Demonstrated experience preparing reports, responses, and briefings for diverse audiences (desired).
