Junior Software Engineer (TypeScript) | $42/hr Remote

Position: Junior Software Engineer – AI Quality & Testing Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $30 - $42/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities - Test and evaluate AI-powered web and mobile products with a focus on video generation. - Write detailed test cases and document bugs, edge cases, and product issues. - Contribute code improvements and fixes to TypeScript-based projects. - Analyze user feedback to identify product improvement opportunities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and operations. - Apply structured quality engineering practices to enhance product performance. - Maintain organized documentation of testing processes and findings. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. - Strong proficiency in TypeScript with experience contributing to production codebases. - Demonstrated portfolio of self-built projects. - Ability to navigate and contribute to complex codebases. - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. - Interest in AI tools and video generation technologies. - Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
