Investment Banking Analyst (Financial Modeling & Valuation) | Remote

Position: Investment Banking Analyst ExpertType: Hourly contractCompensation: $140 - $240/hourLocation: RemoteCommitment: 10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities- Perform advanced valuation analyses including DCF, trading comparables, and precedent transactions. - Build and maintain complex financial models such as 3-statement models and cash flow projections. - Develop and refine deal models including LBO and merger models with accretion/dilution analysis. - Analyze industry-specific financial structures such as REIT models, sale leasebacks, and NAV calculations. - Conduct detailed due diligence including unit economics, cohort analysis, and transaction-specific insights. - Support complex transactions including carve-outs, spin-offs, and structured deals. - Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders through concise communication. Requirements- Strong experience in investment banking, private equity, or related financial roles. - Expertise in valuation methodologies and advanced financial modeling. - Strong experience building and analyzing deal and transaction models. - Ability to manage complex financial analyses in high-pressure environments. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. - Ability to work independently in remote, collaborative settings.
