We are seeking a Part-Time Graphic Designer to support the Marketing team in creating and executing visual assets across all touchpoints.
This role requires a strong understanding of luxury aesthetics, retail environments, and hospitality standards.
The ideal candidate combines creative excellence with operational rigor and is comfortable working across both print and digital formats in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & In-Store CollateralDesign and produce a wide range of assets, including:- Flyers, brochures, invitations and e-invitations
- In-store signage (POS, directional, promotional)
- Product labels and retail supports
- Restaurant menus and F&B materials
- Ensure consistency with Printemps’ visual identity and brand standards
- Adapt designs across formats while maintaining a high level of finish and detail
- Adapt and enhance brand guidelines
CRM & Digital AssetsDesign and maintain:- Newsletter templates and CRM visual assets
- Occasionally develop:
- Social media templates (posts, stories)
- Campaign visuals and assets for special projects
Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with:- Visual Merchandising team
- F&B team
- Social Media Manager
- CRM Manager
- Events Manager
- Broader Marketing team
- Translate business and operational needs into elevated, on-brand creative output
Production & Vendor Management- Prepare and deliver print-ready files with full technical accuracy
- Liaise with external vendors and printers
- Oversee production timelines and ensure quality control
- Ensure consistency between creative concepts and final execution
Skills & Tools- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Canva (for agile, templated content creation)
Strong expertise in:- Print design and production (bleeds, trims, color profiles – CMYK/Pantone)
- Layout and editorial design (multi-page documents, menus, brochures)
