We built an AI-powered platform (GoOffer Hub) processing 5,000+ job applications per month. .The Role: Build beautiful, fast user experiences for our AI-driven job search platform. You'll own frontend for client-facing app, internal tools, and new features as we scale internationally.What You'll Do:- Develop & maintain GoOffer Hub platform (React-based) - Build self-serve features (onboarding, dashboards, AI tools) - Create responsive, intuitive UIs for web & mobile - Integrate AI features into user experience - Work with design & product on new features - Optimize performance & user experience - Build internal tools for mentors & operations team - Support international expansion (multi-language, localization) Requirements:- 3+ years frontend development - React expert (hooks, context, modern patterns) - JavaScript/TypeScript strong - CSS/Tailwind (responsive design, animations) - API integration (REST, GraphQL) - Git & modern dev workflow - UX-minded (build for users, not just code) Nice to Have:- Next.js or similar SSR framework - Experience with AI/ML interfaces - EdTech or SaaS platform experience - Mobile development (React Native) - Design skills (Figma) - Experience with real-time features (WebSockets) Why Join:- Build product used by hundreds daily - Work with cutting-edge AI features - Own frontend from architecture to deployment - Direct impact on user experience - Fully remote, flexible hours - Fast-growing international company Location: Remote (overlap with EST preferred)Salary: Competitive, based on experience
