General Purpose The Strategy Analyst will play a key role in helping Ross continue to support its overall strategy, which is to present the customer with attractive bargains on apparel and goods for the home. The Strategy group addresses significant strategic issues for the company that are identified by senior level executives. The Strategy Analyst will report to a Director of Strategy but will work with different project teams and managers. The Strategy Analyst should expect to interact frequently with key functions (Merchandising, Planning, HR, Operations, Finance) and work closely with Strategy team members in both New York and Dublin, CA.
