We’re looking for a motivated, detail-driven Warehouse Associate to join our Tampa warehouse team. What You’ll Be Doing: - Pulling, unboxing, and inspecting equipment for sales orders using pallet jacks or powered forklifts - Accurately recording serial numbers using handheld scanners and completing pick tickets with precision - Coordinating with the Set-Up Team, Logistics Coordinator, and Purchasing to ensure orders are completed and delivery-ready - Managing backorders, equipment transfers, and inbound shipments while tracking ETAs and resolving discrepancies - Loading and unloading trucks and ensuring all delivery documentation is properly completed and uploaded - Maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts, system updates, and proactive issue reporting - Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe at all times - Serving as a team lead by taking ownership, supporting warehouse flow, and holding yourself and others accountable What is Required to do the Job: - High School Diploma or GED - Warehouse Experience/ERP Experience (Data Entry) - Worked in Multi department environment previously (knowledge and ability to communicate across Multiple Departments) If you’re ready to bring energy, hard work, and precision to a company that values all three, DEX Imaging is the place for you.
