Your Impact As a UI/UX Designer I, you will play a key role in shaping the look and feel of our digital products and services. You will drive the design process from initial concept to final handoff, balancing user goals with technical constraints and business objectives. Working within a professional product team, you will create intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces that enhance the way our customers interact with our technology. Design Execution: Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders and engineering teams. User-Centric Research: Support user research initiatives, including usability testing and competitive analysis, to gather insights that drive design improvements. Design System Integration: Utilize and contribute to our design system to ensure visual and functional consistency across various platforms and products. Professional Collaboration: Participate in design reviews and critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback to refine design solutions and ensure high-quality delivery. Minimum Qualifications - Completion within the past 3 years, or current enrollment with expected completion within 12 months, of a Bachelor’s degree program. Relevant fi
