Job Purpose: The Senior Payroll Specialist is responsible for performing advanced payroll functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of complex payroll transactions, and maintaining compliance with federal, state, local, and union requirements. This role serves as a subject‑matter expert for payroll operations, tax and deduction accuracy, garnishment administration, union pay rules, and system data integrity.
