About The Role We’re looking for a Software / AI Engineer (New Grad) to join our engineering team and help build the foundation of FurtherAI’s AI Workspace for Insurance. In this role, you’ll work on end-to-end product features spanning AI model integration, data processing pipelines, and scalable backend systems. You’ll collaborate closely with senior engineers, AI researchers, and founders to bring real-world insurance workflows to life — transforming how underwriters, claims adjusters, and brokers get work done.
