The Role- Develop and enhance high-performance systems across a variety of greenfield initiatives - Work within a modern tech stack, with extensive use of Java 23 and Python 3 - Contribute to system architecture, design decisions, and technical strategy - Support the expansion of the engineering team through mentorship and participation in hiring - Partner with exceptional engineers to deliver scalable, production-grade solutions Skills & Experience- 3+ years of hands-on software development experience - Strong proficiency in Java and/or Python - Solid foundation in computer science principles (algorithms, data structures, system design) - STEM degree preferred - Demonstrated ability to build efficient, high-quality software
