Purpose The Senior Financial Analyst III plays a key role in supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. This position delivers actionable financial insights through detailed analysis, financial modeling, and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making. As a highly visible and high-impact role, you will partner closely with business leaders, providing data-driven recommendations, identifying risks and opportunities, and driving financial performance across the organization. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Accountabilities Financial Planning & Analysis: - Actively support forecasting activities, including monthly forecasts and quarterly updates, and provide recommendations to enhance forecast accuracy and process efficiency. - Monitor financial performance by analyzing data, identifying trends, and maintaining short- and long-term financial models. - Perform variance analysis, investigate key drivers, and communicate insights in a clear, concise, and actionable manner. - Deliver timely and accurate financial insights and report to Senior Management to support informed decision-making. - Act as a key liaison between Operations, Utility Leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial assumptions and outcomes. - Provide analytical and data support for rate cases, including preparation of
