Scullery Position- Night Shift

SCULLERY AID Looking for individuals to help in our scullery. Scullery aids often have a variety of tasks that may not be the same on a day to day basis. This position is for an evening shift between 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Job Duties - Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic - Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately - Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients - Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare salads and desserts - Disposing of rubbish - Organising linen laundry - Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas REQUIRED SKILLS - Understanding the importance of health and hygiene - Plenty of stamina - A great team player - The ability to listen and learn fast Salary: $8.10 - $12 per hour Job Posted by ApplicantPro
