This individual will join the 2nd Shift Sanitation Team and help with sanitizing the cheese making machinery and work area. This role is critical to maintaining compliance, protecting our brand integrity, and supporting safe, high‑quality dairy production. Location: Malone, WI – 100% on siteReports to: Sanitation SupervisorTypical Schedule: Monday – Friday; 3:00pm to 11:00pm Base Pay Range: Starting at $20.00/hrPay Incentive Added to Base Pay Rate: $3.00/hr shift differential Why You’ll Love This Role The Sanitation Technician is responsible for executing daily, weekly, and periodic sanitation activities according to established procedures and schedules. This role works closely with production, quality assurance, and sanitation leadership to ensure all equipment, tools, and facility areas meet company and regulatory cleanliness standards while continuously improving sanitation practices. What You’ll Do- Complete assigned cleaning tasks to the highest standards. Follow Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs) and the 7 steps of sanitation to ensure equipment and facility cleanliness. - Disassemble equipment in organized manner to account for all parts. Assemble equipment for production after cleaning and inspection. - Thoroughly inspect cleaned equipment after cleaning to ensure it is visibly clean. Be open to receiving constructive feedback and coaching from team members and supervisor when standards are not met. - Complete all required documentation for tasks completed each shift. - Provide feedback to supervisor and QA team to continuously improve master sanitation schedule, ensuring compliance to completion of all assigned tasks at designated frequencies. - Safely handle and apply chemicals by reading labels, using correct chemicals for each piece of equipment, type of soil, and material., and following safe
