Sanitation Technician Department: Sanitation / Quality Assurance Status: Non-exempt Employee Classification: Regular Full-time Reports To: Quality Assurance & Sanitation Manager Supervisory Responsibilities: None Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00pm to 4:30am Job Summary: Responsible for sanitizing equipment, production tools and the facility environment in both the Apple and Formulated Plants to ensure best food production safety practices. Essential Functions: - Wears and maintains proper personal protection equipment while performing sanitation duties. - Perform sanitation of production equipment and tools following strict standard operating procedures. - Responsible for sanitation of the production environment
