Available Shifts - 3rd Shift Sun-Thur 10pm-6:30am - Base Pay $19.38 +$1 Shift Differential Job Summary Maintain facility and equipment according to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and regulated food production standards. Essential Duties And Responsibilities - Comply with all legislated and relevant laws and regulations for safety and quality including lockout tag out, GMP, HACCP, Allergen and Blommer specific policies and procedures. - Maintain work area and equipment, ensure clean, sanitary, and orderly conditions and apply 5S principals, perform preventative maintenance work as scheduled. - Ensure tools and equipment is in good working order; report any defective materials, missing or damaged tools to the supervisor. - Correctly complete any required reports or paperwork such as production datasheets, order documentation. - Clean and sanitize the equipment and facility in order to produce a safe and quality product. - Follow master cleaning schedule of facility and specific job assignments which many include the following: equipment sanitation. - Takes all precautions when working with cleaning and sanitizing agents as recommended by MSDS and other company safety requirements. - Sanitize and clean assigned manufacturing equipment, systems, pumps, tanks. Dismantle equipment to fully clean and sanitize to food safety requirement and reassemble. - May be required to enter confined space for cleaning following required safety procedures. - Co
