Sales Associate (Part Time)

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Sales Associate to join our Vivienne Westwood boutique in Los Angeles for 4 days a week. This role is focused on delivering a high-touch, luxury client experience, driving sales performance, and building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate is a confident seller with a strong understanding of the luxury fashion market and an existing client portfolio. Key Responsibilities Client Experience & Sales - Deliver an exceptional client experience aligned with the Vivienne Westwood brand - Achieve individual and store sales targets, contributing to overall business performance - Identify client needs and provide expert guidance on products, styling, and collections - Support clients throughout the full customer journey, from initial engagement to after-sales service Clientele & Relationship Building - Build and maintain a strong client book, driving repeat business and loyalty - Proactively engage in client outreach, including appointments, follow-ups, and events - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within CRM systems Product Knowledge & Brand Representation - Develop in-depth knowledge of collections, materials, and brand heritage - Represent the brand with professionalism, passion, and authenticity at all times Store Operations - Support daily store operations, including POS transactions, stock management, and visual merchandising - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards - Maintain high standards of store presentation and housekeeping Team Contribution - Work collaboratively with the team to support store goals - Contribute to a positive and professional working environment - Support additional business needs as required Requirements - Minimum 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion retail - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs - Strong clientele skills with an existing client portfolio preferred -
