You’ll partner closely with leaders across content, production, operations, and corporate teams to hire people who thrive in high-ownership, high-visibility environments and who can keep up with the pace of what we’re building.As the company continues to grow, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping how teams are built and how recruiting scales, without losing speed or quality. The RoleReporting to the Head of Talent, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting for some of the most impactful roles at Beast.
