Responsibilities - Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. - Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. - Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. - Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. - Communication and interpersonal skills. - Organizational and multitasking abilities. - Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. - Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. - This is a part time position that could lead to full time.
