A Quality Assurance Tester for IdeaCrew will - Create clear, comprehensive and concise test plans and test cases - Conduct full cycle testing-Smoke, Unit, Functional, Integration, UAT and Regression in multiple environments - Develop and maintain automated test scripts and triage test defects - Perform Defect Tracking, Gap analysis, and Risk analysis with working knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards - Work independently to identify solutions - Work closely with the project team to ensure that all technical project deliverables comply with customer standards and requirements - Contribute to business discussions about the project and user interfaces - Troubleshoot problems and provide customer support for application issues - Take full ownership of quality outcomes, driving test strategy, execution, and defect resolution with a high level of accountability. - Proactively communicate testing progress, risks, and blockers, ensuring clear, timely alignment with Delivery, Product, and Engineering stakeholders.
