About the RoleAs a Product Designer, the candidate will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and visual design of an enterprise accounting automation platform. They will own the design process from initial concept and user research through to high-fidelity mockups and implementation, ensuring the product is not just powerful, but also intuitive and delightful to use. They will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and customers to translate complex business processes into simple, elegant design solutions. Responsibilities- Own End-to-End Design: Take features and products from ambiguous concepts to polished, shipped experiences. This includes conducting user research, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.- Deep User Empathy and Research: Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing) with enterprise accounting professionals to understand their needs, pain points, and workflows.
