Job Description Position Purpose: The Plant Manager will be responsible for an operations and maintenance contract at a Data Center Energy facility located in central Ohio and will be the primary interface with the project owner. Candidates should have at least ten years of experience and a mechanical background. Primary Duties/Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with the client, site staff, management, vendors, and outside agencies. Reports directly to the Regional General Manager. - Demonstrate effective management skills in meeting or exceeding facility goals an objectives. - Responsible for the enforcement of and compliance with the Operations and Maintenance Agreement. - Responsible for the enforcement of and compliance with permits and all regulatory requirements. - Responsible to generate annual budgets and ensure site operates within acceptable variances. - Ensure compliance and enforce safety policies and procedures and serves as a role model in safe work practices - Prepare and submit to the client, in a timely manner, all reports and information required under the terms of the O&M contract. - Provide recommendations to management and the client on plant upgrades and enhancements that would improve the reliability, efficiency
