The Opportunity

The People and Culture Assistant {HR Assistant} plays an important role in keeping our people processes running smoothly across the employee lifecycle. From recruiting and onboarding to records management, training support and employee engagement initiatives, this role helps ensure our employees and candidates experience a responsive, organized and welcoming HR function. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and interested in building a career in Human Resources while gaining exposure across multiple areas of the employee lifecycle. The successful candidate is someone who takes initiative, pays close attention to detail and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. The right candidate enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and helping ensure people processes run smoothly across a dynamic, fast-moving organization.
In This Role You Will
People Operations & Employee Support
- Serve as a trusted first point of contact for routine HR questions, providing timely support while escalating more complex issues appropriately.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized employee records, including I-9 documentation, onboarding materials, and training documents ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
- Proactively monitor HR processes and documentation to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or opportunities for improvements.
- Support HR calendars, scheduling meeting preparation, and occasional front desk coverage while helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Anticipate administrative needs across the People & Culture team and take initiative to keep priorities moving forward.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Support
- Support recruiting operations by posting job openings, helping to manage candidate flow for part-time roles, and coordinating interview schedu
