The Part-Time Intelligence Operations Center Technician helps to fulfill this mission by: - Operating radio, telephone, and computer equipment to respond and direct public safety resources as requested. - Operating a state-of-the art, campus wide, integrated electronic security system (access controls, fire suppression/paging system, extensive CCTV system) - Applying inductive reasoning skills toward analyzing Open Source Intelligence ( OSINT ) pertaining to current or forecasted threat pictures, as well as business intelligence for reputation management and customer service. - Synthesizing information into actionable reports.
