Job Description Painters Our property management company is looking for two full-time Painters to join our staff in the Boston/Brookline area. May be assigned to some of our residential properties – in Massachusetts. Responsible for rehabbing and painting apartments, office space and common areas of the buildings. Most work focuses on interiors of units after tenants move out and before new tenants move in. However, we are occasionally in need of exterior painting work, which requires working safely at heights. We’re looking for experienced Painters who understand the industry best practices and apply them to every aspect of their work. Must have 2+ years of residential or commercial painting experience. Must have own reliable, licensed transportation. Good benefits and time off. Fair hourly rate and eligible for bonuses. Must be legally able to work in the United States.
