Order Picker/Cherry Picker Operator

Job Title: Cherry Picker Operator / Order Picker Company: Custom Filters Direct Location: Bloomsburg, PA Job Type: Full-TimePosition OverviewCustom Filters Direct is hiring a Cherry Picker Operator (Order Picker) to support our warehouse and shipping operations. This role is responsible for safely operating equipment to pick, move, and organize inventory in a fast-paced environment.This is a hands-on position ideal for candidates with experience operating cherry picker forklifts.Schedule- Monday–Friday - 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime may be required based on business needs) Key Responsibilities- Operate a cherry picker / order picker forklift to retrieve and store inventory - Pick orders accurately using pick tickets or warehouse systems - Perform inventory movements and assist with stock organization - Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS), if applicable - Conduct daily equipment inspections and follow all safety procedures - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment - Support shipping and receiving functions as needed Qualifications- Experience operating a cherry picker or order picker forklift required* - Cherry picker certification required or recent experience operating one (certification can be verified or renewed upon hire)* - Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to become certified) - Comfortable working at heights - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment - Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Physical Requirements- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift - Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting - Comfortable working at heights Compensation & Benefits- Pay based on experience - Weekly pay - Medical, Dental, Vision, and PTO offered after 90 days - Opportunities for growth and advancement Why Join Us- Stable, full-time schedule (1st shift) - Growing company with advancement opportunities - Team-oriented environment - Hands-on role with consistent wo
