Role Summary This role is responsible for executing on the strategy for development, approval, and management of Inflight Training curricula at Alaska Airlines (AS) and Hawaiian Airlines (HA). As a people leader, the Manager of Inflight Training Program Development leads and establishes priorities for the team to manage Inflight training development, program implementation and assist with instructor education and calibration programs. This position is accountable to ensure all training programs meet all regulatory requirements. Key Duties - Leads a team and establishes the priorities of instructional designers and content developers. - Manages the maintenance and development and partners with the Manager of Inflight Training Delivery on the implementation of Inflight Training curricula. - Influences projects and maintains development resource needs. - Acts as a collaborative consultant to formulate strategies for flight attendant learning and performance improvement. - Cultivates relationships with internal partners including the Association of Flight Attendants, and regulatory agencies for the development, maintenance, approval, and implementation of flight attendant training curricula. - Represents Inflight Training on the Inflight Event Review Committee. - Develop measures to evaluate the effectiveness of the training program and advises the Director of Inflight Training Development and Delivery of any deficienc
