About The Role The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily storage operations while managing inbound and outbound logistics to ensure efficient inventory oversight, accurate order fulfillment and timely shipments across all channels. This role serves as a key point of coordination between vendors, drop-shippers, warehouse and internal departments. It requires constant communication with all parties mentioned above as well as couriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL and more to ensure the smooth execution of shipments and overall inventory flow. In addition, the Logistics Coordinator needs to be able to provide cross-functional support to teams such as Fulfillment, Supply Chain, Facilities and Marketing to name a few. Responsibilities: - Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for office locations and drop-shippers, including LTL and FTL freight - Receive and inspect incoming deliveries to verify the quantities and conditions of the items received. Document and escalate any discrepancies - Manage daily storage operations, including organizing receiving areas and processing deliveries as well as maintaining organizational storage standards - Ensure accuracy and completeness of shipping and customs documentation to support import/export compliance - Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to internal teams, proactively addressing delays or issues - Se
