Junior WordPress Developer (Elementor)

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid - In-Office M/W/F, Remote Tues/Thurs) Reports To: Director of Design & Development Team: Web Development / Delivery The Opportunity Intellibright is looking for an entry-level Junior WordPress Developer with hands-on Elementor experience to support the build, optimization, and maintenance of marketing websites and landing pages for our clients. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who can build clean, responsive pages in WordPress using Elementor, follows direction well, and wants to level up quickly in an agency environment. You'll work alongside designers, strategists, SEO, and paid media teams to ship conversion-focused experiences that are fast, accurate, and reliable. This is a full-time role with a hybrid schedule requiring in-office collaboration 3 days per week.
