POSITION PURPOSE: The Junior Hospitality Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various roles within Cipriani’s restaurants, hospitality venues, and corporate operations. This role serves as a brand ambassador for Cipriani, ensuring that every candidate interaction reflects the company’s heritage, professionalism, and commitment to world class hospitality.The junior recruiter partners closely with our lead recruiter to source and evaluate candidates who demonstrate strong service mentality, professionalism, and alignment with Cipriani’s culture of excellence. This role supports the recruitment function under the guidance of the recruitment team, assisting with high volume hourly hiring needs while ensuring alignment with Cipriani’s hiring standards and processes. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES: - Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including hospitality networks, job boards, social media platforms, referrals, industry events, and recruiting outreach. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of hospitality professionals for current and future staffing needs across restaurant, service, culinary, and operational roles. - Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, service mentality, professionalism, and cultural alignment with Cipriani. - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and organized interview process. - Conduct in dept
