What We’re Looking For
An energetic, motivated IT Specialist to join our fast-growing and dynamic team.
Someone who is extremely professional and courteous as this individual will be dealing with customers, vendors, and fellow employees.
What You’ll Be Doing
The responsibilities of this position will vary but primarily focus on supporting internal technology operations, end-user support, endpoint lifecycle management, and core IT administration. Employee should generally be in the office Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM, but remote work opportunities are also available.
Specific Duties To Include
- Provide Level 1 technical support to employees both in-office and remotely (hardware, software, account access, and connectivity issues)
- Manage user accounts, access provisioning, and access changes across systems and applications
- Support software deployment, licensing, and updates
- Assist with company-wide technology and cybersecurity initiatives, including user-facing security controls and awareness efforts
Applicant Qualifications
- Associate degree in relevant field or equivalent degree or experience.
- Prior experience in a customer service, technical support, or IT help desk role
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Apps (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Experience with Active Directory or Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra)
- Preferred, but not Required:
- Experience with Power Automate and/or PowerShell
- Microsoft SharePoint and Teams management
- Knowledge on conference room systems
- AV knowledge
