Job Summary Company NextGen Security, LLC Location Corporate (Exton, PA) Industries Security and Surveillance Job Type Full Time Employee Career Level Entry Level to Experienced (Non-Manager) Exemption Status Exempt IT Specialist What we?re looking for: An energetic, motivated IT Specialist to join our fast-growing and dynamic team. Someone who is extremely professional and courteous as this individual will be dealing with customers, vendors, and fellow employees. What you?ll be doing: The responsibilities of this position will vary but primarily focus on supporting internal technology operations, end-user support, endpoint lifecycle management, and core IT administration. Employee should generally be in the office Monday ? Friday, 8:30 AM ? 5 PM, but remote work opportunities are also available. Specific Duties To Include - Provide Level 1 technical support to employees both in-office and remotely (hardware, software, account access, and connectivity issues) - Manage user accounts, access provisioning, and access changes across systems and applications - Support software deployment, licensing, and updates - Assist with company-wide technology and cybersecurity initiatives, including user-facing security controls and awareness efforts Applicant Qualifications - Associate degree in relevant field or equivalent degree or experience. - Prior experience in a customer service, technical support, or IT help desk role - Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Apps (Word, Excel, and Outlook) - Experience with Active Directory or Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra) - Preferred, but not Required: - Experience with Power Automate and/or PowerShell - Microsoft SharePoint and Teams management - Knowledge on conference room systems - AV knowledge What You Bring To The Table - Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally in both written and verbal manner to customers and to those within the company, while maintaining a positive and prod
