IMMEDIATELY HIRING - 24-HOUR CASE (APPLY ASAP) Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Shifts Available: Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Night Shift: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM We are urgently hiring reliable, compassionate, and experienced HHAs/CNAs for a long-term 24-hour patient case. Care will be provided in the patient’s home or current placement (rehab center or hospital). About The Case This is a long-term, 24-hour case requiring consistent caregivers who can provide safe, dependable, and high-quality personal care. Candidates must be comfortable working independently while following a structured care plan. Responsibilities Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility Provide care for a fall-risk patient with close attention to safety Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility Provide companionship and emotional support Drive patient to appointments and run errands as needed Follow the patient’s individualized care plan Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and comfort at all times Communicate clearly with the care team regarding any changes or concerns Requirements Valid HHA Certificate or CNA License (or ability to pass HHA competency test) Experience With Dementia And Alzheimer’s Patients Is Required Valid CPR Certification Negative TB skin test or current chest X-ray Level 2 Background Clearance Reliable transportation Valid Driver’s License with active auto insurance Ability to work independently and follow care instructions Shift Options 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Day Shift) 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM (Night Shift) Applicants may choose one shift or be considered for both. Travel Requirements Some travel may be required depending on patient location. Must be comfortable driving longer distances.
