Systems include air conditioners, ductless Mini splits, air handlers, furnaces, and more. - Install and seal ductwork systems for optimal airflow and energy efficiency - Perform system startups, testing, balancing airflow, and ensure proper operations and there are no leaks - Troubleshoot installation issues on-site and recommend upgrades - Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members to ensure all work is being completed on time - Maintain clean, organized and safe job sites. Following all HVAC codes and industry standards. Qualifications - 2+ Years HVAC installation experience - Certifications: Valid HVAC certification - Valid Driver's License - Strong customer service skills - Strong mechanical aptitude Pay Transparency The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $75k-$150k+ann
