Following strict guidelines and procedures is a must for this position. Qualifications Include - High school diploma/GED - 2+ years HVAC residential and light commercial installation experience preferred - NATE and NCI certifications preferred - Experience with boilers, radiant floor heating systems, ductless and high-velocity systems preferred - Ability to work irregular and extended work hours to include weekends and holidays - Superior skills in dealing directly with home and business owners to facilitate smooth workflow - Self-starter with ability to work with little supervision Candidates must successfully pass a background check
