Human Data Coordinator | $75/hr Remote

Position: Human Data Manager Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $40 - $75/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities - Design and manage data workflows for annotation, collection, processing, and analysis. - Establish and track KPIs to improve operational efficiency and data quality. - Analyze datasets to identify insights and recommend process improvements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data operations with business objectives. - Build and maintain reporting systems to monitor metrics and workflow performance. - Continuously refine processes to ensure scalability, accuracy, and data integrity. - Take ownership of operational challenges and proactively implement solutions.
