Position: Human Data Manager (Early Career)Type: Hourly contractCompensation: $40 - $55/hourLocation: RemoteCommitment: 10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities- Design and manage data workflows for annotation, collection, processing, and analysis. - Establish and monitor KPIs to drive operational efficiency and performance improvements. - Analyze datasets to extract actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data operations with business goals. - Develop reporting frameworks to track metrics, quality, and workflow performance. - Continuously optimize processes to ensure scalability, accuracy, and data integrity. - Take ownership of operational challenges and proactively implement solutions. Requirements- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related fields. - Strong experience in data analysis, annotation, or workflow optimization. - Familiarity with operational processes and process improvement methodologies. - Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly and effectively. - Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail in data quality and validation. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. - Interest in AI systems, human data operations, and performance optimization.
