The Role As the Human Resources Specialist for Netflix House, you’ll be the on-the-floor people expert who keeps the operation running smoothly. You’ll be a go-to partner for our hourly crew and front-line managers—owning high-volume recruiting, handling day-to-day employee relations, and making sure our HR systems, ticketing, and performance practices actually work in real life. By staying close to what’s happening on the floor and supporting managers in the moments that matter, you’ll turn the broader Netflix HR vision into a consistent, supportive, and engaging employee experience for every crew member. What You Will Do - Develop and lead the day-to-day HR support for our hourly crew members at Netflix House, staying close to the floor and helping create a positive, consistent employee experience. - Own end-to-end recruiting for hourly roles, including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding coordination for high-volume and high-attrition positions. - Partner with front-line managers on staffing and scheduling needs, translating labor plans into practical headcount, hiring and staffing actions. - Manage day-to-day employee relations for hourly
