The Role As the Human Resources Manager for Netflix House Dallas, you’ll be the people leader at the heart of the experience. You’ll shape the on-site culture, champion employee sentiment, and serve as a trusted partner to the General Manager and leadership team. From high-impact HR business partnering and complex employee relations, to guiding leadership hiring and elevating manager capability, you’ll connect what’s happening on the floor to the broader Netflix HR vision—translating strategy into a world‑class experience for our people and our guests. What You Will Do - Develop and lead all day-to-day HR efforts for Netflix House, with a strong focus on site culture, employee sentiment, and leadership effectiveness. - Serve as the primary HR partner to the General Manager and management team, providing coaching on org design, talent planning, team health, and change management. - Oversee end-to-end recruitment and resource planning for management and key roles, while partnering with the HR Specialist on strategy and planning for high-volume hourly hiring. - Shape longer-term workforce and talent plans to support operational excellence and an exceptional guest and employee
