This is stable, year-round work with predictable hours. Responsibilities - Clean and prepare apartments according to our checklist - Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas - Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal - Restocking supplies - Reporting any damage or maintenance issues through our system - Maintaining consistency and high standards Requirements - Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required - Ability to work independently and follow instructions - Reliable transportation to and from properties - Ability to lift, bend, and move comfortably during the shift - Dependable and punctual We Offer - $18–$22/hr starting pay - Stable, consistent hours - bi-Weekly pay - Supportive team and on-site training - Opportunity for additional hours based on performance
