Housekeeper for UHNW Private Residence in Miami

Three experienced Housekeepers are needed for a private residence in Miami, supporting a single UHNW Principal who is making Miami his primary base later this year. This is a setup hire ahead of the Principal's full move-in towards the end of 2026. You will help bring a newly acquired residence to life: setting standards, wardrobes, linen cupboards, supplier relationships, and the rhythms of the house from a blank canvas. The household is intentionally lean: a House Manager, three Housekeepers, a private chef, and a driver. There is no butler. Everyone is service-capable. A small dog lives in the residence. $65,000 to $90,000 gross per annum DOE, plus benefits. Live-in or live-out for the right candidate. Miami, Florida. One of three Housekeeper positions opening. What you bring: - Proven Housekeeper experience in a UHNW or HNW private residence, luxury hotel, yacht, or villa. This is not a step-up role. - Excellent spoken and written English. - US citizen or Green Card holder. - Excellent housekeeping standards plus strong laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care. - Service-capable. Comfortable stepping in to serve drinks, refreshments, and light food when the Principal or guests are in residence. - Comfortable with pets and flexible with hours.
