What You'll Do Every Day?
Responsibilities
Your role goes far beyond serving coffee or greeting passengers at the door. You'll be the person guests look to for reassurance, information, and a friendly smile. Here's a closer look at what your daily responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring every safety regulation is understood and followed without exception
- Checking that all safety equipment on the aircraft is in proper working order before takeoff
- Greeting passengers warmly, helping with seating, and assisting with carry-on baggage and security
- Demonstrating safety equipment and emergency procedures in a clear, confident manner
- Preparing and serving meals, and beverages with a professional touch
- Marketing onboard products such as meals and inflight entertainment, processing sales smoothly using a mobile device
- Handling passenger situations calmly during flight—including medical emergencies
- Answering questions about flight operations and sharing helpful destination information
- Taking on other duties as needed to support your team and guests
