What We’re Looking For - A current Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, or the ability to pass a Home Health Aide competency test. - A valid CPR certification or willingness to get CPR certified upon hire. - Previous HHA experience is a bonus—but not a requirement. - The ability to read, follow care plans, and document services accurately. - A self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision. - Most importantly, someone who is kind, dependable, and compassionate.
